Trama:
Akira è uno studente delle superiori che si sottopone al sonno criogenico e si risveglia 200 anni dopo in un mondo devastato dalla guerra. Ora una nuova organizzazione unificata nota come OWEL governa l'intera umanita, ed un nuovo sistema chiamato "Elsie" ha sostituito il matrimonio. Ma la prima cosa che vede Akira al suo risveglio è Yugure, un'androide che assomiglia in modo impressionante alla sua ragazza Towasa. Akira è uno studente delle superiori che si sottopone al sonno criogenico e si risveglia 200 anni dopo in un mondo devastato dalla guerra. Ora una nuova organizzazione unificata nota come OWEL governa l'intera umanita, ed un nuovo sistema chiamato "Elsie" ha sostituito il matrimonio. Ma la prima cosa che vede Akira al suo risveglio è Yugure, un'androide che assomiglia in modo impressionante alla sua ragazza Towasa. In quel momento riceve una richiesta che lo lascia confuso e disorientato: una repentina proposta di matrimonio dell'androide. Nonostante questo Akira è convinto che la sua ragazza possa ancora esistere in qualche forma anche in questo mondo, quindi decide di partire per un viaggio alla ricerca della sua amata affiancato da Yugure.
